Eastern Ingham is the natural western extension of our Livingston work — the same mix of acreage homes, small farms and horse properties, on the same I-96 and M-52 corridors. Webberville, Williamston and Stockbridge in particular are close enough that we are there as often as some Livingston townships.
We focus east and south rather than on Lansing proper. Post-frame outbuildings mostly are not a fit inside the city, and the townships are where the land is.

Do you build pole barns in Williamston and Webberville?
Yes, regularly. Webberville sits on the Livingston County line and Williamston is a few minutes further — both are inside 40 minutes of our Brighton shop and among our more active areas outside the home county.
Do you build in Lansing?
We build in the townships around Lansing rather than the city itself. Detached post-frame buildings generally are not a fit on city lots, and the acreage that supports one is east and south — Williamston, Stockbridge, Dansville, Mason, Leslie.
Who issues pole barn permits in Ingham County?
Your township, or the county building department for townships that contract with it. Requirements — site plan, engineered drawings, setbacks — vary by township. We prepare the documentation as part of the build.
