We are a specialist, not a general contractor who also does barns. Everything we build is post-frame, which is why we can tell you in the first conversation what your site can carry, what your township is going to want to see, and roughly what the number will be — instead of you finding out three change orders in.

How a build runs
Free site consultation
We come to the property — not a phone estimate. We look at grade, driveway access, setbacks, and where the truck can stage. You get a straight answer on what the site can carry.
Design and engineering
Your building gets drawn to your use, then engineered through Lester Building Systems for your county's snow and wind loads. You see the drawings before anything is ordered.
Permits and documentation
We prepare the site plan and stamped load documentation your township or county building department will ask for, and we handle the back-and-forth.
Build
Footings below the 42-inch frost line, columns set, trusses raised, envelope closed. Post-frame goes up in weeks, not months — and we tell you the schedule up front.
Walkthrough and warranty
We walk the finished building with you, hand over the Lester warranty paperwork, and stay reachable. Phasing concrete or interior finish later? We plan for it now.
